On Sunday 6th September 2026, saw 42 players take part in the annual random pairs competition. Last season 62 players had taken part, meaning a significant drop in entries this year.

A big thank you to Richard and Elin Palmer for running the day as I had to attend a WSMBA meeting in Llandrindod Wells.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped with the mats first thing and with putting them away after each round. A big thank you to Sylvia as well for running the raffle.

With games being played quickly, by 4pm, the finals had been completed with the results as follows:
