Much like the annual Winter League, the Summer League brings teams from across the county together to compete in this fun summer activity during the summer months. For 2019, 11 teams are dividied into two grooups, with each team playing the other teams in its group on a 'Home' and 'Away' basis.

Each match consists of four games - singles, rinks (4s), pairs, and triples, played in that order to allow a team of 5 players to take part. For each game, points are awarded as follows - 2 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss. So, there are 8 points awarded between the two teams in each match. Teams are ranked within their group according to the number of points scored during the season.

At the end of the season, the winners and runners-up in each group compete in semi-finals for the opportunity to play in the final and become the 'Summer League' champions!
